Interactive Screening: The Maribor Uprisings

Here we are with the next round of our new Netzdoku format: Interactive Screening!
We are going to show the interactive documentary THE MARIBOR UPRISINGS by Mapel Razsa and Milton Guillén.
The Maribor Uprisings places the audiences in the midst of an uprising as crowds surround and ransack the City Hall under a hailstorm of tear gas canisters. What sparks such popular outrage? How are participants swept up in—and then changed by—confrontations with police? Could something like this happen in your city?

The film has been shown at several festivals including DOK Leipzig and Hot Docs Festival Toronto. During the screening you will collectively be able to influence the narrative of the film. The film and the discussions will be in English.
